Today, Xiaodan is here to tie the dharma affinity with everyone. If there are any mistakes in my speech, please compassionately correct me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4eca\u5929\u6211\u60f3\u8b1b\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\u662f\u773e\u751f\u7f6a\u969c\u6df1\u91cd\u3001\u696d\u529b\u7121\u908a\uff0c\u800c\u4f5b\u6cd5\u66f4\u662f\u6148\u60b2\u5ee3\u5927\u3001\u7121\u91cf\u7121\u908a\u3002\u90a3\u6211\u4eca\u5929\u60f3\u548c\u5927\u5bb6\u5206\u4eab\u4e00\u4e0b\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u57282018\u5e74\u81f32019\u5e74\u671f\u9593\u6cbb\u75c5\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4ee5\u53ca\u81ea\u5df1\u5728\u5176\u4e2d\u6240\u898b\u6240\u805e\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u611f\u609f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, I would like to talk about how sentient beings carry heavy karmic hindrances and boundless karmic forces, while the Buddhadharma is infinitely compassionate and boundless. Thus, I would like to share with you the process of my husband&#8217;s journey in recovering from his sickness from 2018 to 2019 and some insights I gained from what I saw and experienced during that time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9996\u5148\u6211\u60f3\u501f\u6b64\u6a5f\u6703\u611f\u8b1d\u8056\u57ce\u7684\u7537\u773e\u6cd5\u5e2b\u3001\u5973\u773e\u6cd5\u5e2b\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c45\u58eb\u5011\u5728\u90a3\u6642\u767e\u5fd9\u4e2d\u62bd\u7a7a\u5230\u91ab\u9662\u770b\u671b\u548c\u95dc\u5fc3\u6211\u5011\uff0c\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u6253\u6c23\u3001\u5ff5\u4f5b\u548c\u56de\u5411\uff0c\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u5beb\u724c\u4f4d\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u5c45\u58eb\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u806f\u7e6b\u597d\u91d1\u5c71\u5bfa\u7684\u52a9\u5ff5\u5718\uff0c\u96a8\u6642\u6e96\u5099\u70ba\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u52a9\u5ff5\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u767c\u81ea\u5167\u5fc3\u7684\u975e\u5e38\u975e\u5e38\u5730\u611f\u6fc0\uff01\u9019\u7a2e\u611f\u6fc0\u662f\u7121\u6cd5\u7528\u8a9e\u8a00\u4f86\u8868\u9054\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the male and female Dharma Masters and lay people at CTTB. Despite their busy schedules, they took the time to visit and express their care for us in the hospital. They offered us encouragement, recited the Buddha\u2019s name, and dedicated merit to us. They also set up plaques for us, and a lay person connected us with an end-of-life chanting group from Gold Mountain Monastery, which was ready at any time to help us with recitation. We are deeply, deeply grateful from the bottom of our hearts! This gratitude is beyond words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u65bc2013\u5e74\u88ab\u8a3a\u65b7\u51fa\u7b2c\u4e09\u671f\u76f4\u8178\u764c\uff0c\u7d93\u904e\u653e\u5c04\u6cbb\u7642\u5f8c\uff0c\u816b\u7624\u7e2e\u5230\u5f88\u5c0f\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4ed6\u56e0\u64d4\u5fc3\u624b\u8853\u5f8c\u907a\u75c7\u800c\u6c92\u6709\u99ac\u4e0a\u624b\u8853\u3002\u5230\u4e862017\u5e744\u6708\uff0c\u816b\u7624\u5fa9\u767c\u4e14\u8d8a\u9577\u8d8a\u5927\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u5c0e\u81f4\u8178\u9053\u5835\u585e\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u4e86\u4ed6\u7684\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2013, my husband was diagnosed with stage III rectal cancer. After undergoing radiation therapy, the tumor shrank significantly. However, he hesitated to have surgery immediately due to concerns about post-operative complications. In April 2017, the tumor recurred and continued to grow, eventually causing intestinal obstruction and greatly affecting his daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76f4\u52302018\u5e748\u670811\u65e5\u6211\u96e2\u958b\u8056\u57ce\uff0c\u5e36\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u53bb\u820a\u91d1\u5c71\u91ab\u9662\u770b\u91ab\u751f\uff0c\u4e3b\u6cbb\u91ab\u751f\u6aa2\u67e5\u5f8c\u5b9a\u5728\u5e7e\u5929\u5f8c\u5148\u9032\u884c\u9020\u763a\u624b\u8853\uff0c\u4f86\u89e3\u6c7a\u4ed6\u7684\u8178\u9053\u5835\u585e\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u518d\u9032\u884c\u816b\u7624\u5207\u9664\u624b\u8853\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On August 11, 2018, I left CTTB and took my husband to the UCSF Medical Center to see the doctor. After the examination, the attending physician scheduled a colostomy surgery a few days later to address his intestinal obstruction, followed by the tumor removal surgery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7576\u6211\u5011\u6b63\u60f3\u96e2\u958b\u6642\uff0c\u52a9\u624b\u91ab\u751f\u770b\u5230\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u8eab\u9ad4\u5f88\u865b\u5f31\uff0c\u8aaa\uff1a\u4f60\u770b\u8d77\u4f86\u9019\u9ebc\u865b\u5f31\uff0c\u4f86\u56de\u5750\u8eca\u5e7e\u500b\u5c0f\u6642\u600e\u9ebc\u53d7\u5f97\u4e86\uff1f\u4f60\u5c31\u76f4\u63a5\u4f4f\u9032\u91ab\u9662\u5427\u3002\u6211\u5011\u4e00\u807d\u5f88\u9ad8\u8208\u5c31\u99ac\u4e0a\u4f4f\u9662\u4e86\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5929\u5b89\u6392\u4e86\u53e6\u5916\u4e00\u500b\u91ab\u751f\u505a\u4e86\u9020\u763a\u624b\u8853\uff0c\u904e\u5169\u5929\u9001\u56de\u7576\u5730Willits\u7684Howard\u91ab\u9662\u89c0\u5bdf\u548c\u6062\u5fa9\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u661f\u671f\u5f8c\u6211\u5011\u60f3\u5927\u6982\u53ef\u4ee5\u56de\u5bb6\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we were about to leave, the assistant doctor noticed that my husband was very weak and said, &#8220;You look so weak. How can you endure a few hours of back and forth travel? You should just stay in the hospital.&#8221; We were delighted to hear this and immediately checked into the hospital. The next day, another doctor performed the colostomy surgery, and after a couple of days my husband was sent back to Howard Hospital in Willits for observation and recovery. After a week, we thought we could probably go home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6c92\u60f3\u5230\u4e00\u5929\u4e0b\u5348\uff0c\u91ab\u751f\u5f88\u7dca\u5f35\u5730\u770b\u8457\u6211\u5011\uff0c\u8aaa\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u6aa2\u67e5\u6642\u767c\u73fe\u4e00\u500b\u4e0d\u597d\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u6709\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7576\u6642\u4e5f\u4e0d\u61c2\u4e8b\u60c5\u6709\u591a\u9ebc\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\u4ed6\u99ac\u4e0a\u806f\u7d61\u820a\u91d1\u5c71\u91ab\u9662\u7684\u91ab\u751f\u8981\u6c42\u7acb\u523b\u628a\u75c5\u4eba\u9001\u56de\u4f86\u624b\u8853\u3002\u65bc\u662f\u7576\u5929\u665a\u4e0a\u4ed6\u5011\u7528\u6551\u8b77\u8eca\u628a\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u9001\u56de\u820a\u91d1\u5c71\u91ab\u9662\u3002\u6c92\u60f3\u5230\uff0c\u9019\u4e00\u53bb\u5dee\u9ede\u6c92\u80fd\u56de\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unexpectedly, one afternoon, the doctor anxiously told us that during an examination, they found a worrisome situation with the possibility of an infection. At that time, we didn&#8217;t fully grasp the seriousness of the matter. He immediately contacted the doctors at UCSF Medical Center and requested the patient to be sent back for surgery right away. So, that evening, they used an ambulance to send my husband back to UCSF. We never thought that we almost would not be able to make it back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u88ab\u9001\u56de\u820a\u91d1\u5c71\u91ab\u9662\u5f8c\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u8178\u9053\u611f\u67d3\u548c\u4e00\u4e9b\u610f\u60f3\u4e0d\u5230\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\u767c\u751f\uff0c\u63a5\u8457\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u5167\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u9023\u7e8c\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u56db\u6b21\u624b\u8853\uff0c\u4e00\u6b21\u6bd4\u4e00\u6b21\u56b4\u91cd\u3002\u8a18\u5f97\u5728\u6700\u5f8c\u4e00\u6b21\u5b8c\u6210\u624b\u8853\u5f8c\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u662f\u665a\u4e0a9\u9ede\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u6211\u8d70\u9032\u624b\u8853\u5ba4\u770b\u5230\u91ab\u751f\u4e5f\u662f\u5f88\u75b2\u618a\uff0c\u6211\u8aaa\uff1a\u91ab\u751f\uff0c\u5c0d\u4e0d\u8d77\uff0c\u6211\u5148\u751f\u7d66\u4e86\u60a8\u5f88\u591a\u9ebb\u7169\u3002\u4ed6\u8aaa\uff1a\u5e0c\u671b\u9019\u6b21\u624b\u8853\u80fd\u6210\u529f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After being sent back to UCSF, due to intestinal infection and some unexpected circumstances,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>my husband underwent four consecutive surgeries within a month, each one more critical than the previous. I remember after the last surgery was completed, it was already around 9 o&#8217;clock in the evening. I entered the operating room and saw that the doctor was also exhausted. I said, &#8220;Doctor, I&#8217;m sorry that my husband has caused you so much trouble.&#8221; He replied, &#8220;I hope this surgery will be successful.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7136\u800c\u9001\u56de\u91cd\u75c7\u75c5\u623f\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e26\u4e0d\u6a02\u89c0\uff0c\u8eab\u9ad4\u51fa\u73fe\u591a\u7a2e\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\uff0c\u5169\u500b\u80ba\u90e8\u56b4\u91cd\u7a4d\u6c34\uff0c\u814e\u81df\u4e0d\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u8840\u58d3\u4e00\u76f4\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u91cd\u75c7\u75c5\u623f\u4e3b\u4efb\u63a1\u53d6\u4ec0\u9ebc\u63aa\u65bd\u90fd\u7121\u6cd5\u63d0\u5347\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u4ed6\u7121\u53ef\u5948\u4f55\u7684\u770b\u8457\u6211\u8aaa\uff1a\u4ed6\u63a1\u53d6\u4e86\u6240\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\u90fd\u7121\u6cd5\u633d\u6551\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u5df2\u662f\u7121\u8a08\u53ef\u65bd\u4e86\u3002\u6211\u554f\uff1a\u90a3\u6211\u5148\u751f\u7684\u4e3b\u6cbb\u91ab\u751f\u5462\uff1f\u4ed6\u8aaa\uff1a\u4e3b\u6cbb\u91ab\u751f\u73fe\u5728\u5728\u5916\u5dde\u958b\u6703\uff0c\u4e0d\u5728\u91ab\u9662\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u53ef\u4ee5\u806f\u7e6b\u4ed6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, after being sent back to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), my husband&#8217;s condition was not stable. He developed multiple complications \u2013 both lungs accumulated significant levels of fluid, his kidneys stopped functioning, and his blood pressure continued to drop. Despite the efforts made by the ICU director, none of the measures taken could improve the situation. Finally, he helplessly looked at me and said, &#8220;We have tried all possible measures, but we can&#8217;t save him now. We are out of options.&#8221; I inquired about my husband&#8217;s attending physician, and he replied, &#8220;The attending physician is currently out of state for a conference, but I can contact him.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5e7e\u500b\u5c0f\u6642\u4e4b\u5f8c\u91cd\u75c7\u75c5\u623f\u4e3b\u4efb\u544a\u8a34\u6211\uff1a\u4ed6\u806f\u7e6b\u4e0a\u4e3b\u6cbb\u91ab\u751f\uff0c\u6436\u6551\u65b9\u6848\u662f\u5f9e\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u809a\u5b50\u5167\u62bd\u51fa\u611f\u67d3\u6db2\uff0c\u7531\u4e00\u500b\u5be6\u7fd2\u91ab\u751f\u4f86\u505a\u3002\u5728\u820a\u91d1\u5c71\u91ab\u9662\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u7121\u8ad6\u5728\u6025\u75c7\u75c5\u623f\u9084\u662f\u91cd\u75c7\u75c5\u623f\u90fd\u662f\u55ae\u7368\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u623f\u9593\uff0c\u5167\u8a2d\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u5c0f\u6c99\u767c\u5e8a\uff0c\u6bcf\u5929\u665a\u4e0a\u6211\u90fd\u7761\u5728\u5c0f\u6c99\u767c\u5e8a\u966a\u4f34\u3002\u91cd\u75c7\u75c5\u623f\u4e3b\u4efb\u63a5\u8457\u8aaa\uff1a\u4f60\u4e0d\u7528\u4f4f\u5728\u91ab\u9662\u966a\u4f34\u4e86\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u4e00\u5bbf\u6211\u4e0d\u6703\u8b93\u4ed6\u9192\u904e\u4f86\uff0c\u4ed6\u8981\u4e00\u76f4\u63d2\u8457\u547c\u5438\u6a5f\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u56de\u53bb\u4f11\u606f\uff0c\u6709\u60c5\u6cc1\u6211\u6703\u53ca\u6642\u8207\u4f60\u96fb\u8a71\u806f\u7e6b\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u4f60\u660e\u5929\u65e9\u4e0a\u518d\u904e\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A few hours later, the ICU director informed me that he had reached the attending physician, and their last-ditch effort was to drain the infected fluid from my husband&#8217;s abdomen. This procedure was to be carried out by a resident doctor. At UCSF Medical Center, regardless of whether he was in the Acute care unit or the ICU, my husband was always placed in a private room with a small sofa bed inside. I slept every night on the small sofa bed to accompany him. The ICU director then said, &#8220;You don&#8217;t need to stay in the hospital tonight. I won&#8217;t wake him up, and he will remain on the ventilator. You can go home and rest. If there are any changes, I will contact you immediately. Otherwise, you can come back tomorrow morning.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u91ab\u9662\u7684\u9019\u4e00\u500b\u591a\u6708\u88e1\uff0c\u6211\u9664\u4e86\u7167\u9867\u75c5\u4eba\u548c\u8dd1\u4e0a\u8dd1\u4e0b\u806f\u7d61\u5916\uff0c\u6211\u6703\u62bd\u6642\u9593\u8aa6\u4e00\u90e8\u300a\u5730\u85cf\u7d93\u300b\uff0c\u4e26\u544a\u8aa1\u81ea\u5df1\uff1a\u8981\u76e1\u91cf\u5403\u597d\u3001\u7761\u597d\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u60f3\u90a3\u9ebc\u591a\uff0c\u60f3\u591a\u4e86\u4e5f\u6c92\u7528\uff0c\u5225\u628a\u81ea\u5df1\u641e\u57ae\u4e86\uff0c\u4e5f\u7121\u6cd5\u5e6b\u52a9\u5225\u4eba\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u7169\u60f1\u7684\u6642\u5019\u5c31\u5ff5\u5730\u85cf\u738b\u83e9\u85a9\u8056\u865f\uff0c\u6211\u5e0c\u671b\u628a\u5ff5\u7d93\u548c\u8056\u865f\u7684\u529f\u5fb7\u56de\u5411\u7d66\u91ab\u9662\u6240\u6709\u73fe\u5728\u53d7\u82e6\u7684\u773e\u751f\uff0c\u65e9\u65e5\u89e3\u812b\u75db\u82e6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the month at the hospital, besides taking care of my husband and handling various matters, I would find time to recite the <em>Earth Store (Ksitigarbha) Sutra<\/em>. I reminded myself: try to eat well, sleep well, and not dwell on unnecessary worries. Overthinking wouldn&#8217;t help anyone&#8211;better not to exhaust myself such that I wouldn\u2019t be able to assist others. Whenever I felt troubled, I would recite Earth Store Bodhisattva\u2019s name, hoping to dedicate the merits of my sutra and Bodhisattva recitations to all the suffering beings in the hospital so that they would soon be liberated from their pain and suffering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u90a3\u6642\u5df2\u7d93\u662f\u665a\u4e0a\u4e5d\u9ede\u591a\u4e86\uff0c\u6211\u7d66\u9084\u5728\u65af\u5766\u798f\u8b80\u66f8\u7684\u5152\u5b50Michael\u6253\u96fb\u8a71\uff0c\u8b93\u4ed6\u904e\u4f86\u63a5\u6211\uff0c\u7b49\u5f85Michael\u6642\u6211\u5728\u91ab\u9662\u8aa6\u4e86\u4e00\u90e8\u300a\u5730\u85cf\u7d93\u300b\u3002\u5728\u53bb\u65af\u5766\u798f\u7684\u8def\u4e0a\u91cd\u75c7\u75c5\u623f\u4e3b\u4efb\u7a81\u7136\u6253\u96fb\u8a71\u904e\u4f86\uff0c\u6211\u4ee5\u70ba\u51fa\u4e8b\u4e86\uff0c\u4ed6\u8aaa\u9700\u8981\u6211\u7c3d\u5b57\u4ed6\u5011\u624d\u53ef\u6436\u6551\uff0c\u6211\u8aaa\u670d\u4ed6\u540c\u610f\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5929\u904e\u53bb\u7c3d\u5b57\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was already past nine in the evening, so I called Michael, who was still studying at Stanford, and asked him to come and pick me up. While waiting for Michael, I recited the <em>Earth Store Sutra<\/em> in the hospital. On our way to Stanford, the ICU director suddenly called, and I thought something had gone wrong. He said they needed my signature for emergency rescue. This doctor saw my husband with several tubes attached to his body and various antibiotics in the IV bags. Finally, the ICU director had to tell me, &#8220;We&#8217;re sorry, but we can only send your husband back to UCSF. We can&#8217;t treat him here.&#8221; In response, I said, &#8220;You don&#8217;t need to send him back. I already know how to handle it. We can make small incisions in my husband&#8217;s abdomen to drain the infected fluid and continue administering antibiotics. Even if you send him back, that&#8217;s all they can do.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9084\u597d\u9019\u500b\u91cd\u75c7\u75c5\u623f\u4e3b\u4efb\u63a1\u7d0d\u4e86\u6211\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u53c8\u91cd\u65b0\u5728\u809a\u5b50\u4e0a\u63d2\u4e0a\u4e00\u4e9b\u7ba1\u5b50\u548c\u975c\u8108\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u8f38\u6db2\uff0c\u53c8\u5728Ukiah\u91ab\u9662\u88e1\u71ac\u6b72\u6708\uff0c\u6bcf\u500b\u91ab\u751f\u770b\u4e86\u90fd\u5606\u6c23\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u8fa6\u6cd5\uff0c\u53ea\u80fd\u807d\u5929\u7531\u547d\u3002\u6162\u6162\u5730\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u6709\u4e9b\u9ad4\u529b\u6642\u4e5f\u958b\u59cb\u8aa6\u300a\u5730\u85cf\u7d93\u300b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortunately, the ICU director accepted my suggestion, and my husband had several tubes inserted in his abdomen again and received intravenous antibiotics at Ukiah hospital. We endured each passing day, and every doctor who saw him would sigh, as there seemed to be no solution but to resign to fate. My husband had been unable to eat for months, relying solely on intravenous fluids and essential nutrients. I had learned to do many of the things the hospital nurses did, such as giving injections and caring for his wounds. After spending three and a half months in the hospital and enduring a long and arduous treatment process, we could finally return home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7d93\u904e5\u6b21\u7684\u5927\u624b\u8853\uff0c\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u8eab\u9ad4\u6975\u5ea6\u865b\u5f31\uff0c\u7626\u5f97\u76ae\u5305\u9aa8\uff0c\u80c3\u8178\u529f\u80fd\u53d7\u640d\uff0c\u7121\u6cd5\u6b63\u5e38\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u4f9d\u8cf4\u975c\u8108\u8f38\u6db2\u4f86\u7dad\u6301\u751f\u547d\u3002\u5bb6\u5ead\u8b77\u58eb\u6bcf\u5929\u4f86\u6aa2\u67e5\uff0c\u554f\u91ab\u751f\u5011\u6c92\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u6562\u8aaa\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6642\u5019\u53ef\u4ee5\u64a4\u6389\u975c\u8108\u8f38\u6db2\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u4ed6\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u5f88\u5371\u96aa\uff0c\u5b58\u5728\u5f88\u591a\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After undergoing five major surgeries, my husband&#8217;s body had become extremely weak, and he was all skin and bones. His gastrointestinal system was damaged and unable to function properly, so he relied on intravenous fluids to remain alive. We could no longer wait, as the tumor was continuing to grow rapidly. We should discontinue the intravenous fluids to allow your husband to regain the ability to eat on his own. Then, we would begin chemotherapy, as the tumor had grown too large for UCSF to consider performing tumor resection surgery. Throughout the treatments, he continued to recite Earth Store Bodhisattva\u2019s name, and his body gradually showed signs of improvement. In May, he underwent a successful tumor resection surgery at UCSF. Later, the operating surgeon informed us that they hadn&#8217;t found any cancer cells during the tumor biopsy, which was truly unbelievable!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f8c\u4f86\u738b\u6046\u51b0\u91ab\u751f\u8ddf\u6211\u5011\u8aaa\uff1a\u4ed6\u7576\u6642\u771f\u662f\u627f\u53d7\u91ab\u9662\u5404\u65b9\u9762\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5176\u4ed6\u91ab\u751f\u90fd\u653e\u68c4\u5c0d\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u8a8d\u70ba\u4ed6\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u6d3b\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u4ed6\u5805\u6301\u8981\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u738b\u91ab\u751f\u662f\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u5169\u6b21\u7684\u6551\u547d\u6069\u4eba\uff01\u57282019\u5e748\u6708\u4efd\u505a\u4e86\u6700\u5f8c\u4e00\u6b21\u7684\u8178\u9053\u9023\u7d50\u624b\u8853\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u540c\u4fee\u5728\u4e00\u5e74\u4e4b\u4e2d\u4e00\u5171\u505a\u4e86\u4e03\u6b21\u624b\u8853\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Wang later revealed to us the immense pressure he faced from various departments within the hospital. Other doctors had given up on treating my husband, believing that he would not survive. But Dr. Wang persisted and insisted on continuing the treatments, eventually becoming my husband\u2019s savior twice! In August 2019, my husband underwent a final surgery to reconnect his intestines. Even in the face of life and death, we must understand that everything is governed by the law of cause and effect. We can only accord with conditions and have faith in the law of cause and effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7576\u9762\u5c0d\u751f\u6b7b\u6642\uff0c\u624d\u6703\u767c\u73fe\u4f5b\u6cd5\u662f\u6211\u5011\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u4f9d\u9760\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u89ba\u5f97\u5766\u7136\u81ea\u5728\uff0c\u4f55\u6cc1\u751f\u6b7b\u672c\u8eab\u4e5f\u662f\u865b\u5984\u7684\uff0c\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u771f\u5be6\u7684\u3002\u4e0a\u4eba\u5e38\u8aaa\uff1a\u9019\u4e16\u4e0a\u6700\u8ca7\u7aae\u7684\u4eba\u5c31\u662f\u6c92\u6709\u6a5f\u7de3\u805e\u5230\u4f5b\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When confronted with life and death, we come to understand that Buddhism is our ultimate reliance, allowing us to feel serene and at ease. Moreover, we realize that life and death themselves are illusory and not the ultimate reality. As the Venerable Master often said: the most impoverished people in this world are those who haven&#8217;t encountered Buddhism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u4eca\u5929\u80fd\u5728\u4e0a\u4eba\u5275\u5efa\u7684\u842c\u4f5b\u8056\u57ce\u807d\u805e\u548c\u4fee\u884c\u4f5b\u6cd5\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5728\u4e09\u5bf6\u88e1\uff0c\u7528\u5916\u9762\u7684\u4e09\u5bf6\u4f86\u838a\u56b4\u6211\u5011\u7684\u798f\u5831\uff0c\u7528\u5167\u5728\u81ea\u6027\u7684\u4e09\u5bf6\u4f86\u555f\u767c\u6211\u5011\u672c\u6709\u7684\u667a\u6167\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u662f\u4e16\u9593\u6700\u5e78\u904b\u548c\u6700\u6709\u798f\u5831\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u8981\u597d\u597d\u73cd\u60dc\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u932f\u904e\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, we have the opportunity to hear and practice the Buddha&#8217;s teachings in CTTB established by the Venerable Master. We are encompassed by the Three Jewels, utilizing the external Three Jewels to enrich our blessings and the internal Three Jewels to awaken our inherent wisdom. We are the most fortunate and blessed beings in this world, and we must cherish this precious opportunity and not let it slip away!
