I would like to share my true personal story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u5ba3\u516c\u4e0a\u4eba\u3001\u5404\u4f4d\u6cd5\u5e2b\u548c\u4f5b\u53cb\uff0c\u6211\u8981\u5206\u4eab\u500b\u4eba\u771f\u5be6\u7684\u7d93\u6b77\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n A few weeks before attending the 2024 Precepts for the Deceased ceremony at the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas, I began experiencing severe lower back pain. Every morning, the pain was so intense that I struggled to get out of bed. Simple tasks, like standing up, getting into the car, or even coughing, became a source of discomfort. I sought help from a pain therapist, but the treatments provided only minimal relief, and the pain persisted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u5728\u53c3\u52a0\u842c\u4f5b\u8056\u57ce2024\u5e74\u5e7d\u51a5\u6212\u7684\u524d\u5e7e\u9031\uff0c\u6211\u958b\u59cb\u611f\u5230\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u8170\u75db\u3002\u6bcf\u5929\u65e9\u4e0a\uff0c\u75db\u5f97\u6211\u9023\u8d77\u5e8a\u90fd\u5f88\u56f0\u96e3\u3002\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u52d5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7ad9\u8d77\u4f86\u3001\u4e0a\u8eca\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u54b3\u55fd\uff0c\u90fd\u6703\u8b93\u6211\u5f88\u4e0d\u8212\u670d\u3002\u6211\u53bb\u770b\u75bc\u75db\u6cbb\u7642\u5e2b\uff0c\u4f46\u6cbb\u7642\u53ea\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u5c0f\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u7de9\u89e3\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u75bc\u75db\u4ecd\u7136\u6301\u7e8c\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n On July 11th, 2024, I had the opportunity to attend the Precepts for the Deceased ceremony and hold a plaque on behalf of my father. He and other deceased spirits got the Dharma name Fa Kang (Dharma Health), given by Reverend Heng Sure. Despite the discomfort, I participated in the ceremony, wearing a back support belt to manage the pain. Bowing and kneeling during the ceremony was a challenge, and I had to bow and kneel cautiously with every move. The collective energy and compassion in the big tent, guided by Reverend Heng Sure’s instructions and translated into Vietnamese by Reverend Heng Shan, seemed to envelop me. I remained fully present in the moment, focused on the recitations. I could move freely, get in and out of the car with ease, and even cough without any discomfort. Weeks have now passed, and I continue to be pain-free. The compassion of the Reverends, the dedication of the volunteers, and the pure and awesome energy of the entire assembly created an atmosphere of genuine care and devotion. He appeared in a beautiful, peaceful place, smiling and filled with joy. He told me, \u201cI passed the examination, and your mother has passed as well.\u201d The happiness and peace that radiated from him filled me with a deep sense of contentment and happiness.
