\u5e7e\u500b\u5f88\u6709\u610f\u601d\u7684\u554f\u984c\u51fa\u73fe\u5728\u300a\u85a9\u5a46\u591a\u8ad6\u300b\uff1a\u300c\u4f55\u6cd5\u91cd\u65bc\u5730\uff1f\u4f55\u6cd5\u9ad8\u65bc\u7a7a\uff1f\u4f55\u6cd5\u591a\u65bc\u8349<\/strong>? <\/strong>\u4f55\u6cd5\u75be\u65bc\u98a8<\/strong>?<\/strong>\u300d<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u56de\u7b54\uff1a\u300c\u6212\u5fb7\u91cd\u65bc\u5730\uff0c\u6211\u6162\u9ad8\u65bc\u7a7a\uff0c\u7169\u60f1\u591a\u65bc\u8349\uff0c\u5fc3\u5ff5\u75be\u65bc\u98a8\u3002\u300d<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several questions appear in the shastra Sarv\u00e2stiv\u0101da-vinaya-vibh\u0101\u1e63\u0101<\/em>, which says:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What dharma is heavier than the earth? What dharma is higher than the sky?  What dharma is more than the grasses? What dharma is faster than the wind?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Answers: The merit of upholding precepts is heavier than the earth. Arrogance is higher than the sky. Afflictions are more than the grasses. Thoughts are faster than the wind.<\/p>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n

\u4f5b\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c<\/strong>\u591a\u6b32\u4e4b\u4eba\u591a\u6c42\u5229\u6545\uff0c\u82e6\u60f1\u4ea6\u591a<\/strong>\u2026\u2026<\/strong>\u77e5\u8db3\u4e4b\u4eba\u96d6\u81e5\u5730\u4e0a\u7336\u70ba\u5b89\u6a02\uff1b\u4e0d\u77e5\u8db3<\/strong>\u8005\u96d6\u8655\u5929\u5802\u4ea6\u4e0d\u7a31\u610f\u3002\u300d\uff08\u300a\u4f5b\u907a\u6559\u7d93\u300b\uff09\u4eba\u96d6\u672c\u5177\u89ba\u6027\uff0c\u4f46\u5e38\u88ab\u7169\u60f1\u6240\u906e\u853d\uff0c\u96e3\u4ee5\u986f\u9732\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4fee\u884c\u4e4b\u9053\uff0c\u9808\u5f9e\u6b64\u8655\u8457\u529b\uff1a\u6d88\u9664\u4e09\u969c\uff0c\u7834\u9664\u7121\u660e\u985b\u5012\u3002\u552f\u6709\u5728\u4f5b\u524d\u8654\u8aa0\u79ae\u62dc\u61fa\u6094\uff0c\u6de8\u5316\u8eab\u53e3\u610f\u3002\u7e7c\u800c\u7cbe\u9032\u4e0d\u61c8\uff0c\u76f4\u81f3\u6210\u5c31\u4f5b\u679c\u3002<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Buddha said, \u201cA greedy person is constantly pursuing benefits, so his afflictions will increase. A satisfied person is happy even sleeping on the floor; however, an unsatisfied person may be in heaven but still feel unhappy. \u201d (The Sutra of the Buddha’s Bequeathed Teaching<\/em><\/strong>)<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Although people have awareness by nature, it is often clouded by afflictions and unable to be revealed. Therefore, we must eliminate obstacles and purify our body, speech, and mind. How? It can be achieved through a sincere repentance to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. After that, we must continue to cultivate diligently until we attain Buddhahood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u600e\u9ebc\u6d88\u9664\u4e09\u969c\uff0c\u800c\u5f97\u8eab\u53e3\u610f\u6e05\u6de8\uff1f\u5fc5\u884c\u5341\u5584\u3002\u884c\u5584\u4e0d\u53ea\u5e6b\u52a9\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c<\/strong> <\/strong>\u4e5f\u5e6b\u52a9\u522b\u4eba\uff1b<\/strong> <\/strong>\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u53ef\u5e6b\u52a9\u9019\u4e16\u754c\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u7f8e\u597d\u3002\u5341\u5584\u7684\u76f8\u53cd\u5c31\u662f<\/strong>\u5341\u60e1\u3002\u5728\u5341\u60e1\u4e2d\uff0c\u53e3\u696d\u662f\u6700\u5bb9\u6613\u72af\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u6700\u5927\u7684\u60e1\u3002\u95dc\u65bc\u53e3\u696d\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u6709\u5f88\u591a\uff1b\u85c9\u6b64\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4f86\u56de\u9867\u9808\u83e9\u63d0\u5c0a\u8005\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\u3002<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to eradicate the three obstacles, and attain the pureness of body, mouth, and mind? We must practice the ten good deeds. By performing good actions, we benefit ourselves and positively impact others; in this way, we can influence the world and make it a better place. In contrast to the ten good deeds, there are the ten evils. Among them, verbal karma is the greatest and the easiest to commit. There are many examples of mouth karma. Let\u2019s take this opportunity to review the story of Venerable Subh\u016bti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>\u4e16\u5c0a\u6210\u9053\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u73fe\u6e05\u6de8\u6bd4\u4e18\u7684\u76f8\u8c8c\uff0c\u7368\u81ea\u4f86\u5230\u9808\u5f4c\u5c71\u4e0b\uff0c\u7aef\u5750\u601d\u60df\u3002\u9019\u6642\u4e00\u96bb\u5927\u9d6c\u91d1\u7fc5\u9ce5\u738b\u885d\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u5f9e\u6c34\u88e1\u6293\u8d77\u4e00\u689d\u5c0f\u9f8d\uff0c\u98db\u56de\u7a7a\u4e2d\uff0c\u60f3\u5728\u5c71\u9802\u4e0a\u628a\u7260\u5403\u6389\u3002<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the Buddha became enlightened, he appeared as a pure bhikshu, came alone to the foot of Mount Sumeru, and sat upright to meditate. At that time, a Golden-winged Garuda rushed down to grab a small dragon from the water and flew back into the air, wanting to eat it at the top of the mountain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>\u5c0f\u9f8d\u9060\u9060\u770b\u898b\u9808\u5f4c\u5c71\u4e0b\u975c\u5750\u601d\u60df\u7684\u6bd4\u4e18\uff0c\u65bc\u662f\u81f3\u5fc3\u54c0\u6c42\u6bd4\u4e18\u62ef\u6551\u3002\u5c0f\u9f8d\u77e5\u9053\u81ea\u5df1\u5fc5\u6b7b\u7121\u7591\uff0c\u4f46\u56e0\u81e8\u7d42\u5fc3\u5ff5\u50e7\u5bf6\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5f97\u4ee5\u6295\u80ce\u5230\u820d\u885b\u570b\u7684\u5a46\u7f85\u9580\u5bb6\u4e2d\u3002\u4ed6\u76f8\u8c8c\u82f1\u4fca\uff0c\u6df1\u53d7\u7236\u6bcd\u559c\u611b\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u4ed6\u53d6\u540d\u70ba\u300c\u8ca0\u68a8\u300d\uff0c\u5b57\u300c\u9808\u83e9\u63d0\u300d\u3002<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The little dragon knew he was destined to die, but he saw the bhikshu sitting in meditation at the foot of Mount Sumeru from afar, and earnestly begged the bhikshu to save him. Because of this final thought on the Sangha, he was reborn into a Brahmin family in \u015ar\u0101vast\u012b. He had a handsome appearance and was loved by his parents. They named him “Fuli” and his<\/p>\n\n\n\n

courtesy name “Subh\u016bti”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>\u9808\u83e9\u63d0\u6f38\u6f38\u9577\u5927\uff0c\u4ee5\u904e\u4eba\u7684\u8070\u660e\u667a\u6167\uff1b\u552f\u6709\u4e00\u9805\u7f3a\u9ede\u5c31\u662f\u778b\u5fc3\u6975\u91cd<\/strong> <\/strong>\uff0c\u7a0d\u6709\u4e0d\u5982\u610f\u4fbf\u53e3\u51fa\u60e1\u8a00\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u4eba\u3001\u755c\u3002\u5230\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u9023\u7236\u6bcd\u90fd\u53d7\u4e0d\u4e86\u4ed6\u7684\u60e1\u52a3\u7fd2\u6027\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u4eba\u9858\u610f\u7406\u6703\u4ed6\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subh\u016bti grew up and became famous for his extraordinary intelligence and wisdom. He had only one shortcoming, which was his bad temper. When he felt unhappy, he would scold others, regardless of whether they were humans or animals. Ultimately, even his parents could no longer tolerate his bad habits, and no one wanted to pay attention to him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>\u4e00\u65e5\uff0c\u53d7\u4e0d\u4e86\u88ab\u4eba\u51b7\u843d\u7684\u9808\u83e9\u63d0\u6368\u5bb6\u51fa\u8d70\uff0c\u4f86\u5230\u5c71\u6797\u88e1\u5c45\u4f4f\uff1b\u4f46\u662f\u68ee\u6797\u88e1\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u4ee4\u4ed6\u4e0d\u5982\u610f\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u4e0d\u7ba1\u662f\u87f2\u9b5a\u9ce5\u7378\u3001\u4e43\u81f3\u98a8\u5439\u8349\u52d5\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u9ede\u8072\u97ff\u90fd\u6703\u8b93\u4ed6\u5fc3\u751f\u778b\u610f\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u9808\u83e9\u63d0\u4e00\u9ede\u5152\u4e5f\u4e0d\u6b61\u559c\u3002<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One day, unable to bear being neglected any longer, Subh\u016bti left home and wandered into the mountains to live. However, the forest was filled with things that displeased him. Any sound would make him angry, whether it was made by insects, fish, birds, beasts, or even the rustling of the wind through the grass. As a result, Subh\u016bti found no joy there at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>\u6b64\u8655\u7684\u5c71\u795e\u898b\u72c0\uff0c\u5341\u5206\u6190\u61ab\u4ed6\u7684\u611a\u7661\uff0c\u4fbf\u73fe\u8eab\u5c0d\u4ed6\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u4f60\u6368\u68c4\u8212\u9069\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u4f86\u5230\u8352\u7121\u4eba\u8de1\u7684\u5c71\u4e2d\uff0c\u7a76\u7adf\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f\u65e2\u4e0d\u4fee\u5584\uff0c\u4e5f\u5f97\u4e0d\u5230\u4efb\u4f55\u5229\u76ca\uff0c\u5929\u5929\u548c\u81ea\u5df1\u751f\u60b6\u6c23\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u6d6a\u8cbb\u4e00\u751f\u3002\u73fe\u5728\u4e16\u5c0a\u5df2\u964d\u751f\u5728\u4eba\u9593\u6210\u4f5b\uff0c\u80fd\u6559\u4eba\u65b7\u60e1\u884c\u5584\uff0c\u812b\u96e2\u7169\u60f1\uff0c\u4f60\u4e0d\u5982\u524d\u5f80\u53d7\u6559\uff0c\u4ed6\u4e00\u5b9a\u6709\u8fa6\u6cd5\u89e3\u9664\u4f60\u5fc3\u4e2d\u7684\u778b\u6068\u4e4b\u6bd2\u3002\u300d<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seeing this, the mountain spirit felt great pity for his ignorance and appeared before him, saying: “You left the comfort of your home to dwell in this remote and desolate mountain\u2014what is it that you truly seek? You’re not cultivating goodness, nor are you gaining any benefit. You spend each day stewing in frustration, simply wasting your life. The World-Honored One has already been born into the world and attained Buddhahood. He teaches people to abandon evil, do good, and free themselves from afflictions. You should go and seek his guidance\u2014he surely has a way to rid you of the poison of anger in your heart.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>\u9019\u6642\uff0c\u9808\u83e9\u63d0\u6025\u5fd9\u6c42\u5c71\u795e\u5354\u52a9\uff0c\u5c71\u795e\u4fbf\u8981\u4ed6\u9589\u4e0a\u773c\u775b\uff0c\u9808\u81fe\u9593\u5c31\u9001\u4ed6\u5230\u4e86\u7947\u6d39\u7cbe\u820d\u4e2d\u3002\u9808\u83e9\u63d0\u4e00\u775c\u958b\u773c\u775b\uff0c\u5c31\u770b\u5230\u5177\u8db3\u4e09\u5341\u4e8c\u76f8\u3001\u516b\u5341\u7a2e\u597d\u7684\u4f5b\u9640\u653e\u5927\u5149\u660e\uff0c\u8eab\u5fc3\u559c\u6085\u3002<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At this time, Subh\u016bti begged the mountain spirit for help. The mountain god asked him to close his eyes and immediately sent him to the Jeta Grove Monastery. As soon as Subh\u016bti opened his eyes, he saw the Buddha with the thirty-two marks and eighty good qualities, emitting great light; he felt joyful all over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>\u9808\u83e9\u63d0\u9802\u79ae\u7562\uff0c\u9000\u5750\u4e00\u65c1\uff0c\u5411\u4f5b\u6c42\u6559\u3002\u4f5b\u9640\u70ba\u5176\u8aaa\u660e\u778b\u605a\u7a2e\u7a2e\u82e6\u5831\uff1b\u5373\u4f7f\u812b\u96e2\u4e86\u5730\u7344\u7684\u82e6\u5831\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u8981\u5e38\u751f\u65bc\u9f8d\u86c7\u3001\u7f85\u524e\u6216\u60e1\u9b3c\u985e\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e92\u76f8\u6b98\u5bb3\u3002\u9808\u83e9\u63d0\u807d\u4e86\u5fc3\u9a5a\u81bd\u8df3\uff0c\u7acb\u523b\u8d77\u5ea7\u530d\u4f0f\u5728\u5730\uff0c\u6c42\u54c0\u61fa\u6094\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u4e00\u5ff5\u81f3\u8aa0\uff0c\u77ac\u9593\u8207\u9053\u76f8\u61c9\uff0c\u8b49\u5f97\u9808\u9640\u6d39\u679c\u3002\u6cd5\u559c\u5145\u6eff\u7684\u9808\u83e9\u63d0\u6c42\u4f5b\u51fa\u5bb6\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u65e5\u591c\u7cbe\u9032\u4fee\u7fd2\uff0c\u4e0d\u4e45\u5373\u8b49\u963f\u7f85\u6f22\u679c\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u6bd4\u4e18\u898b\u6b64\u6b8a\u52dd\u679c\u5831\uff0c<\/strong>\u5373\u8acb\u793a\u4f5b\u9640\u9808\u83e9\u63d0\u7684\u904e\u53bb\u56e0\u7de3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subh\u016bti paid his respects with a full prostration and then sat to one side, seeking the Buddha\u2019s guidance. The Buddha explained to him the painful consequences of anger: even if these people escape the torment of hell, they will still often be reborn among dragons, serpents, r\u0101k\u1e63asas, or evil spirits, where they harm and devour one another. Hearing this, Subh\u016bti was terrified. He immediately rose, prostrated himself to the ground, and tearfully repented. Because of his moment of deep sincerity, he instantly aligned with the Dharma and attained the fruit of srota\u0101panna<\/em> (stream-entry). Filled with great joy in the Dharma, Subh\u016bti asked to become a bhikshu. He then practiced diligently, day and night, and before long attained arhatship<\/em>. When the other monks witnessed this extraordinary result, they asked the Buddha about Subh\u016bti\u2019s past causes and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>\u4f5b\u9640\u544a\u8a34\u5927\u773e\uff1a\u300c\u8fe6\u8449\u4f5b\u6642\u4ee3\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u6bd4\u4e18\u71b1\u5fc3\u52f8\u5316\u4ed6\u4eba\uff0c\u5e38\u5e38\u5e36\u8457\u5176\u4ed6\u6bd4\u4e18\u81f3\u5404\u5730\u61c9\u4f9b\uff0c\u4ee4\u773e\u751f\u5ee3\u690d\u798f\u7530\uff0c\u5982\u6b64\u767c\u5fc3\u7d93\u904e\u4e00\u842c\u5e74\u4e5f\u4e0d\u66fe\u61c8\u6020\u3002\u4e00\u5929\uff0c\u78b0\u5de7\u9047\u5230\u50e7\u4e2d\u53e6\u6709\u56e0\u7de3\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u6bd4\u4e18\u7121\u6cd5\u96a8\u5f9e\u65bc\u4ed6\uff0c\u6bd4\u4e18\u8d77\u61a4\u6012\u4e4b\u5fc3\uff0c\u958b\u53e3\u4fbf\u5acc\u7f75\u4ed6\u4eba\uff0c\u7336\u5982\u6bd2\u9f8d\uff01\u8aaa\u5b8c\u6389\u982d\u5c31\u8d70\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u89f8\u60f1\u773e\u4eba\u7684\u696d\u7de3\uff0c\u8b93\u4ed6\u4e94\u767e\u4e16\u4e2d\u53d7\u6bd2\u9f8d\u8eab\uff0c\u8eab\u5fc3\u542b\u6bd2\uff0c\u4eba\u4e0d\u559c\u898b\uff1b\u73fe\u5728\u96d6\u5f97\u4eba\u8eab\uff0c\u7fd2\u6c23\u672a\u76e1\u800c\u6613\u8d77\u778b\u5fc3\u3002\u300d<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Buddha told the assembly: “During the time of Kasyapa Buddha, there was a bhikshu constantly crossing others over. He often led other bhikshus to various places to receive offerings, so that people could cultivate the field of blessing. He had such a kind heart for ten thousand years without slacking off. One day, for some reason, the bhikkhus could not follow him for the alms round as usual, and this bhikshu was so angry and spoke without restraint, scolding others for disobedience, like a poisonous dragon! After saying this, he turned around and left. Because of the karma he created and made people angry, he was reborn as a poisonous dragon for 500 lifetimes; his body and mind were full of poison, and people did not like him. Although he has now obtained a human body, his bad habits have not yet been eliminated, and he gets angry easily.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>\u4f5b\u9640\u53c8\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u7576\u6642\u4ee5\u60e1\u53e3\u5acc\u7f75\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u6bd4\u4e18\u5c31\u662f\u4eca\u65e5\u7684\u9808\u83e9\u63d0\u3002\u4ed6\u56e0\u70ba\u904e\u53bb\u4f9b\u990a\u50e7\u773e\u800c\u7d2f\u7a4d\u4e86\u798f\u5831\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u80fd\u5920\u9047\u898b\u4f5b\u9640\u800c\u7372\u5f97\u958b\u609f\uff0c\u5f9e\u51e1\u592b\u8b8a\u6210\u8056\u4eba\u3002<\/strong> <\/strong>\u300d\u773e\u4eba\u805e\u4f5b\u6240\u8aaa\uff0c\u5fc3\u958b\u610f\u89e3\uff0c\u6b61\u559c\u4fe1\u53d7\uff0c\u5949\u884c\u6559\u6cd5\u3002<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Buddha also said:<\/s>, “The bhikshu who cursed others with bad words at that time is Subhuti today. He accumulated blessings for making offerings to the sangha members in the past, which allowed him to meet the Buddha, attain enlightenment, and transform from an ordinary person into a sage.” After hearing the Buddha\u2019s words, all the disciples joyfully understood and followed the Buddha\u2019s teachings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4e0a\u4eba\u8aaa\uff1a<\/strong>\u300c<\/strong>\u767c\u61fa\u6094\u5fc3\u7684\u591a\u6578\u90fd\u662f\u83e9\u85a9\uff0c\u90a3\u4e9b<\/strong>\u500b<\/strong>\u6c92\u6709\u5584\u6839\u7684\u4eba\uff0c<\/strong>\u4ed6<\/strong>\u6839\u672c<\/strong>\u5c31<\/strong>\u4e0d\u6703\u61fa\u6094\u3002<\/strong>\u300d<\/strong>\u6211\u5011\u5728\u9019\u500b\u6cd5\u6703\u4e2d\u6bcf\u5929\u5c0d\u4f5b\u83e9\u85a9\u61fa\u6094\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u61fa\u6094\u5fc5\u9808\u662f\u6301\u7e8c\u4e0d\u65b7\u7684\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u9650\u65bc\u5728\u6cd5\u6703\u4e2d\u3002\u61c9\u7576\u6210\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u6bcf\u5929\u7684\u4fee\u884c\u3002\u666e\u8ce2\u83e9\u85a9\u8aaa<\/strong>\uff1a<\/strong>\u300c<\/strong>\u6211\u4eca\u6089\u4ee5\u6e05\u6de8\u4e09\u696d\uff0c<\/strong>\u904d\u65bc\u6cd5\u754c\u6975\u5fae\u5875\u5239\uff0c<\/strong>\u4e00\u5207\u8af8\u4f5b\u83e9\u85a9<\/strong>\u773e<\/strong>\u524d<\/strong>\uff0c\u8aa0\u5fc3<\/strong>\u61fa\u6094\uff0c\u5f8c\u4e0d\u5fa9\u9020\u3002<\/strong>\u6046\u4f4f\u6de8\u6212\u4e00\u5207\u529f\u5fb7\uff0c\u5982\u662f<\/strong>\u865b\u7a7a\u754c\u76e1\uff0c\u773e\u751f\u754c\u76e1\uff0c\u773e\u751f\u696d\u76e1\uff0c\u773e\u751f\u7169\u60f1\u76e1\uff0c\u6211\u61fa\u4e43\u76e1\uff0c\u800c\u865b\u7a7a\u754c\u4e43\u81f3\u773e\u751f\u7169\u60f1\u4e0d\u53ef\u76e1\u6545\uff0c\u6211\u6b64\u61fa\u6094\u7121\u6709\u7aae\u76e1\u3002\u5ff5\u5ff5\u76f8\u7e8c\uff0c\u7121\u6709\u9593\u65b7\uff0c\u8eab\u8a9e\u610f\u696d\uff0c\u7121\u6709\u75b2\u53ad<\/strong>\u3002<\/strong>\u300d<\/strong>\u4e0a\u4eba\u8aaa\u9019\u624d\u662f\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u61fa\u6094\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Venerable Master said, \u201cMost of those who feel remorse are Bodhisattvas. Those who have no roots of goodness will not repent at all. We repent before the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas every day during this dharma assembly, but repentance must be continuous and not limited to the dharma assembly only. It should be our daily practice. Samantabhadra Bodhisattva said, “Based on my three karmas purified, I sincerely repent before all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in kshetra-lands throughout the dharma-realm that are as many as numerous as the smallest atomic particles, vowing never to commit offenses again. I will always dwell in all the merit nd virtue of the pure moral precepts. Only when the realms of emptiness, the realms of living beings, the karma of living beings, and their afflictions are exhausted will my repentance be completed. Yet since emptiness, living beings, their karma, and their afflictions are without end, my repentance is likewise endless. Thought after thought, without interruption, with body, speech, and mind, I continue without fatigue or weariness.” The Venerable Master Hua has said that is true repentance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u771f\u7684\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u767c\u9732\u5f8c\u4e0d\u518d\u72af\uff1b\u4f46\u4e00\u822c\u4eba\uff0c\u72af\u4e00\u6b21\u53c8\u518d\u72af\uff0c\u6216\u5fc5\u987b\u5f97\u5230\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u63d0\u9192\uff0c\u624d\u767c\u73fe\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u904e\u932f\u3002\u900f\u904e\u6bcf\u5929\u61fa\u6094\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u81ea\u89ba\u529b\u6703\u9010\u6f38\u63d0\u5347\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u4fee\u884c\u65e5\u6df1\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u529f\u592b\u6108\u4f86\u6108\u7d14\u719f\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u4e00\u5ff5\u4e0d\u5584\u751f\u8d77\uff0c\u61fa\u6094\u7684\u529b\u91cf\u4fbf\u6703\u7acb\u5373\u73fe\u524d\uff0c\u63d0\u9192\u6211\u5011\u7576\u4e0b\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u6289\u64c7\u3001\u8abf\u6574\u5fc3\u5ff5\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6bcf\u65e5\u61fa\u6094\u5c0d\u4fee\u884c\u6709\u6975\u5927\u7684\u52a9\u76ca\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some people won’t commit the same mistake after their confession. But most people commit the same mistake again and again, or they do not realize their wrongdoings until others remind them. Through daily repentance, our self-awareness will gradually increase. As soon as our wrong thoughts arise, the power of repentance will manifest, guiding us clearly on the next step that we need to follow. Therefore, doing daily repentance is very important.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>\u6709\u4e00\u4f4d\u4f5b\u53cb\uff0c\u80a9\u8ca0\u8457\u7167\u9867\u5e74\u9081\u75c5\u6bcd\u8207\u7121\u6cd5\u81ea\u7acb\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u91cd\u4efb\u3002\u9577\u671f\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u91cd\u64d4\u8207\u7121\u76e1\u7684\u7169\u60f1\uff0c\u8b93\u5979\u8eab\u5fc3\u4ff1\u75b2\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e5f\u6b63\u662f\u5728\u9019\u6a23\u56f0\u9813\u7684\u5883\u9047\u4e2d\uff0c\u5979\u6709\u5e78\u9047\u5230\u4e86\u4f5b\u6cd5\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a Dharma friend who shoulders the heavy responsibility of caring for her elderly, chronically ill mother and a child who is unable to live independently. The burdens of life and constant worries had left her physically and emotionally exhausted for a long time. However, it was during this hardship that she was fortunate to meet Buddhadharma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>\u8d77\u521d\uff0c\u5979\u53ea\u662f\u6bcf\u5929\u8aa6\u5ff5\u56db\u53e5\u61fa\u6094\u6587\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u4fee\u884c\u7684\u8d77\u9ede\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u5b78\u7fd2\u7684\u6df1\u5165\uff0c\u5979\u6f38\u6f38\u610f\u8b58\u5230\uff0c\u50c5\u50c5\u53e3\u8aa6\u7d93\u6587\u4e26\u4e0d\u8db3\u5920\uff1b\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u4fee\u884c\u9700\u8981\u6df1\u5165\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5167\u5fc3\u3002\u65bc\u662f\uff0c\u5979\u958b\u59cb\u7d30\u5fc3\u89c0\u5bdf\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8d77\u5fc3\u52d5\u5ff5\uff0c\u6aa2\u8996\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u932f\u8aa4\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u4e26\u52aa\u529b\u61fa\u6094\u3001\u4fee\u6b63\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initially, she started her daily practice by reciting a four-line verse of repentance. As her study deepened, she gradually realized that reciting verses alone was not enough\u2014true cultivation required turning inward and observing her mind. She began to watch her thoughts and intentions closely, reflect on past mistakes, and sincerely repent and make changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>\u5728\u4f5b\u6cd5\u7684\u85b0\u7fd2\u4e0b\uff0c\u5979\u4e00\u6b65\u6b65\u8d70\u5728\u4fee\u884c\u7684\u9053\u8def\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u6539\u8b8a\u4e86\u81ea\u5df1\u9577\u4e45\u4ee5\u4f86\u7684\u932f\u8aa4\u89c0\u5ff5\uff0c\u4e5f\u57f9\u990a\u51fa\u5c0d\u4f5b\u6cd5\u7684\u4fe1\u5fc3\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u5fc3\u5ff5\u7684\u8f49\u8b8a\uff0c\u5979\u7684\u5167\u5fc3\u9010\u6f38\u5145\u6eff\u6cd5\u559c\u3002\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u5979\u4e0d\u50c5\u6301\u7e8c\u4fee\u61fa\u6094\u6cd5\u9580\uff0c\u4e5f\u6a02\u65bc\u8207\u4f5b\u53cb\u5011\u5206\u4eab\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u898b\u89e3\u8207\u9818\u609f\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u540c\u884c\u9053\u53cb\u7684\u9f13\u52f5\u8207\u5149\u660e\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the continuous nurturing of the Dharma, she began walking steadily on the path of practice. Not only did she transform many long-held misconceptions, but she also developed a growing faith in the Buddha\u2019s teachings. As her mind gradually shifted forward, she became filled with Dharma joy. Nowadays, she maintains her practice of repentance and actively shares her insights and realizations with fellow practitioners, serving as a source of encouragement and light along the path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>\u500b\u4eba\u6709\u4e00\u5c0f\u6545\u4e8b\uff1a\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u4f86\u8056\u57ce\u53c3\u52a0\u6cd5\u6703\uff0c<\/strong> <\/strong>\u7576\u6642\u662f\u89c0\u97f3\u4e03\u52a0\u4e00\u500b\u79aa\u4e03\u3002\u4e00\u5171\u5169\u661f\u671f\u6cd5\u6703\u3002\u4e00\u5929\u6b63\u5728\u3551\u623f\u5e6b\u5fd9\uff0c\u9047\u4e0a\u4e00\u4f4d\u5c45\u58eb\uff0c\u5c0d\u6211\u8aaa\u5f88\u591a\u4e0d\u597d\u807d\u7684\u8a71\u3002\u90a3\u6642\u3002\u611f\u89ba\u4e00\u982d\u9727\u6c34\u3002\u65c1\u908a\u6709\u4e00\u4f4d\u4f5b\u53cb\u8aaa<\/strong>: <\/strong>\u4f60\u6253\u64fe\u5230\u5979\u4e86\u55ce\uff1f\u6211\u8aaa\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u3002\u6839\u672c\u4e0d\u8a8d\u8b58\u5979\u3002\u5f8c\u60f3\u8a72\u662f\u6028\u89aa\u50b5\u4e3b\u627e\u4e0a\u9580<\/strong>, <\/strong>\u904e\u53bb\u9020\u53e3\u696d\u62db\u4f86\u5427\u3002\u3551\u623f\u592a\u5fd9\uff0c\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u6ca1\u6642\u9593\u8a0e\u8ad6\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u88ab\u90a3\u4eba\u7f75\u4e00\u9813\u3002\u6cd5\u6703\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\uff0c\u56de\u5bb6\u628a\u4e8b\u60c5\u5fd8\u4e86\u3002\u5169\u5e74\u5f8c\u518d\u4f86\u842c\u4f5b\u57ce\u53c3\u52a0\u6cd5\u6703\uff0c\u5230\u5c71\u9580\u6642\u624d\u60f3\u8d77\u5169\u5e74\u524d\u5728\u5eda\u623f\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u3002<\/strong> <\/strong>\u7576\u6642\u52d5\u4e00\u5ff5\uff1a\u300c\u5e0c\u671b\u4e0d\u518d\u770b\u5230\u90a3\u4f4d\u5c45\u58eb\u300d\u3002\u90a3\u6b21\u662f\u6cd5\u6703\u7b2c\u4e00\u5929\u624d\u9032\u4f86\u8056\u57ce\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u99ac\u4e0a\u653e\u4e0b\u884c\u674e\u8d95\u5230\u5927\u6bbf\u53bb\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u4e0b\u6bbf\u5f8c\u56de\u5230\u623f\u9593\uff0c\u624d\u767c\u73fe\u6211\u4e0d\u60f3\u898b\u7684\u90a3\u4f4d\u5c45\u58eb\u7761\u5728\u6211\u65c1\u908a\u3002\u7576\u6642\u6211\u5f88\u9a5a\u8a1d\uff0c\u7acb\u523b\u628a\u7981\u8a9e\u724c\u639b\u4e0a\u8eab\u3002\u4e8b\u5f8c\u6211\u5b78\u6703\u4e86\u8b39\u614e\u89c0\u5bdf\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u8d77\u5fc3\u52d5\u5ff5\uff0c<\/strong> <\/strong>\u800c\u4e0d\u80fd\u653e\u9038\u3002\u90a3\u6b21\u7684\u6559\u8a13\uff0c\u6c38\u4e0d\u5fd8\u8a18\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From my personal experience: the first time I came to the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas to attend a Dharma assembly, it was for a two-week retreat\u2014seven days of Guanyin recitation followed by a Chan session. One day, while I was helping out in the kitchen, a lay practitioner suddenly said many unpleasant things to me. I was completely confused, not understanding what I had done. A fellow practitioner nearby asked, \u201cDid you disturb her?\u201d I replied, \u201cNo, I don\u2019t even know her.\u201d Looking back, it must have been a karmic creditor, and that was the result of harmful speech I’ve committed in the past. I was too busy to think much about it, so I let it go. After the retreat, I returned home and soon forgot about the incident. Two years later, I came back to the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas for another Dharma assembly. Just as I entered the gate, the memory of the kitchen encounter from two years ago suddenly resurfaced. At that moment, I had a single thought: \u201cI hope I don\u2019t see that layperson again.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>It was the first day of the retreat when I arrived. After quickly dropping off my luggage, I rushed to the Buddha Hall for the ceremony. When I returned to my room, I was shocked that the laywoman I didn\u2019t want to see was sleeping next to me. Immediately, I put on my \u201cNoble Silence\u201d tag. After that, I learned to carefully observe every thought that arose in my mind and not be negligent. I will never forget that teaching!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a><\/a>\u6211\u5011\u5fc5\u9808\u6bcf\u5929\u8ff4\u5149\u53cd\u7167\uff0c\u6aa2\u9ede\u81ea\u5df1\u904e\u932f\uff0c\u7528\u8bda\u5fc3\u505a\u4f5b\u4e8b<\/strong>,  <\/strong>\u9019\u6a23\u5728\u9053\u4e0a\u624d\u80fd\u8173\u8e0f\u5be6\u5730\uff0c\u529f\u4e0d\u5510\u6350\uff0c\u5fc5\u5b9a\u6709\u611f\u61c9\u3002\u5927\u5bb6\u4e00\u540c\u52aa\u529b\u5427<\/strong>! <\/strong>\u963f\u5f4c\u9640\u4f5b\uff01<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
